Apple's new Swift Playground App allows Swift coding on iPad ...

Hi!

Just watching the WWDC, and Apple has a new app coming out that will allow students to learn Swift on the iPad. They've solved the keyboard issue as well - now you have direct access to keys / characters used for coding.

... Should be out fall 2016.

This is news because prior to this, you could only do Swift coding with Xcode which does not run on iPad.

PS: I will be looking into providing the extra support and materials that schools and teachers will need to use Apple's Swift Playground in the classroom. My experience helping schools teach HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript with StudioWeb over the past 5 years should come in handy!
